For any case in which we store your personal data, it will be kept for a maximum of 10 years from the last time communication is made or our services are engaged.
We would like to send you information about events, products and services of ours.
If you have agreed to receive marketing, you may always opt out at a later date.

Event Terms and Conditions / Refund policy
In-person tickets are NOT refundable.
Your data (name, contact details) may be given to the NHS if requested.
Unless otherwise specified, our online live events are broadcast live only – no replay.
You may ask for a refund only if one or several concert(s) are cancelled or interrupted due to unforeseen circumstances and /or major technical issues for which we are responsible.
This refund cannot exceed the full price of your ticket.
If you have booked one of several tickets, and find you are unable to watch it on the day, we will not be able to refund your ticket.
Europik Music is not liable for any issue linked with your personal internet access, network bandwidth and/or your IT equipment.
Your request must be sent within the 24h hours following the start of the event.
